Planning permission sought for five houses in Buncrana
Outline planning permission is being sought for five new houses in Buncrana.
The applicant, Emmet Friel, has applied to construct four semi-detached houses and one detached home at Tullyarvan, adjacent to the Woods estate.
The application also includes outline permission for an access road, connection to the public sewer, and associated works.
Outline permission is where a person applies to see if the local authority agrees in principle with a development. A separate application will need to be submitted to have the houses constructed.

Any submissions on the development can be made until January 6th. A decision by the planning authority is expected by January 27th.
