Four new homes proposed for Buncrana
Plans have been lodged with the planning authority for a new residential development at Ardaravan in Buncrana.
The application, submitted by Mark McLaughlin, is seeking permission for four new homes in the Brookdale Crescent estate. Mr McLaughlin is seeking permission for the construction of three terraced houses within a single block, as well as one detached dwelling.
The proposal also includes connections to mains sewerage and public services, together with all necessary ancillary site development works.
The planning authority is expected to issue a decision on the application by March 8th.
