Inishowen businesses will have the opportunity to strengthen their digital capabilities and enhance productivity at a free event being held as part of Donegal Local Enterprise Week.
The workshop, titled ‘Work Smarter, Safer Outcomes’, is being hosted by Inishowen Development Partnership (IDP) as part of Local Enterprise Week Donegal 2026 in An Grianán Hotel, Burt, on Thursday, March 5th from 10am.
The workshop will examine how automation, artificial intelligence, and smart digital tools can support success while maintaining strong safety and security standards.
The event will be led by Dr Clare Ryan, Founder and CEO of ITUS Secure Technologies.
Dr Ryan specialises in helping businesses adopt digital tools securely, offering clear, actionable guidance on cyber risk, digital efficiency, and technology-led process improvement.

Enterprise Officer with IDP Sinead McDaid said they are delighted to be part of the Local Enterprise Office Donegal Week 2026 – Built On Belief programme – which runs from March 2nd to 6th.
“Local Enterprise Week is a week-long programme celebrating entrepreneurship, innovation and local business development across the county,” explains Sinead.
“There is a wide range of workshops and events designed to empower business owners, start-ups, and emerging enterprises. IDP is delighted to be able to add to that programme by hosting Work Smarter Safer Outcomes with Dr Clare Ryan.”
