The course is running at Greencastle Community Centre
Greencastle Community Centre is running a female self-defence course.
The four-week course is starting on Monday, April 13.
The course, which costs €20, is aimed at those looking to pick up practical skills, boost awareness, or “simply feel more empowered in your daily life”.
