Cash, cigarettes and alcohol stolen during Bridgend robbery

Garda appeal to anyone who may have information to contact Buncrana Garda Station

Cash, cigarettes and alcohol stolen during Bridgend robbery

Buncrana Garda Station

Cash, cigarettes and alcohol were stolen during a robbery in the early hours of Sunday morning last in Bridgend.

The robbery occurred shortly after 6.40am. Gardaí are particularly interested in sightings of a maroon-coloured Volvo with a Northern Ireland registration plate which gardaí say may have been in the area at that time. It’s believed the vehicle left in the direction of Burt.

Members of the public are being asked to report any information in relation to the burglary, or any sightings of the vehicle to gardaí in Buncrana. Dashcam footage is also being sought by gardaí. Anyone who was in the area and may have dashcam give it to gardaí at Buncrana Garda Station. You can contact the station on 074 93 20547.
