Two men spotted lurking around Moville farmyard in the early hours

Gardaí are looking for information after two men were spotted entering a Moville farmyard in the dark of night.

The two men entered the yard at Bredagh Glen, Moville, at approximately 1:10am on Sunday January 21, where they were checking farmyard buildings before being disturbed and leaving immediately. Nothing was stolen.

“We appeal to anybody who may have travelled in that area between 00:45am and 1:30am and who had a dash cam to make the footage available to Gardaí,” a spokesperson said. “If anybody observed any suspicious activity/vehicles in the area we ask them to make contact with us. We are particularly interested in any sightings/dash cam footage of a white transit style van that may have been in the area.
