AJ Doyle died on Easter Sunday in Perth

The funeral of Buncrana man AJ Doyle who was killed in a motorcycle collision in Australia on Easter Sunday will take place in his hometown on Saturday.

Mr Doyle, who had been living and working in Australia for a number of years, died in a single-vehicle collision in Perth.

The Kevin Bell Reparation Trust assisted in bringing his remains home and a fundraiser by friends to help has raised €97,000.

His remains are reposing at his father Jason’s home in Druminor, Buncrana. His funeral will take place from there on Saturday at 10.45am travelling via Clonbeg to Christ Church, Buncrana for 12pm service with burial in the adjoining graveyard.

Family Flowers only with donations in lieu if desired to The Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust c/o any family member or Porter Funeral Directors.

A funeral notice says he is mourned by his mother Caroline McKinney, father Jason, Caroline and beloved brothers Aaron, Jamie, Gareth, Thomas and sister Eva; Granny Anne, Granda Charlie McKinney and extended family and his many friends at home and abroad.
