Bunagee Guitar Festival returns with concerts and courses

Manus Noble is appearing at the Bunagee Guitar Festival

The Bunagee Guitar Festival is returning to Culdaff for the second year in a row later this month.

World-class guitarists Manus Noble and Gary Ryan will be performing at this year's festival.

Manus Noble, described as “remarkably self-assured, refined technique kissed by poetry” by The Times, will be performing on June 26 at 8pm at St Buadan's, Culdaff, and Gary Ryan ('Outstanding musicality...impeccable but pliant strength' - The Independent) will perform the next day at 8pm on June 27.

Gary Ryan is one of the world's leading guitarists and head of guitar and strings at the Royal College of Music

The festival’s course sees Noble and Ryan giving a week of masterclasses and lessons to a group of dedicated students, culminating in a student concert on June 28 at 7.30pm in the Wee Hall in Culdaff, which will also feature the Ukrainian Children's Guitar Ensemble, Sunflowers.

All tickets for Manus Noble and Gary Ryan's Concert are to be sold at the door.
