The crowd in Templebar Albufeira
DJ sensation Ois Bosh had his first headline show abroad when he played in ‘Temple Bar Albufeira’ .
“It was an absolutely incredible experience.” stated Oisin, a native of Muff, when describing the experience.
He was playing for a different crowd with different cultures. It was a different audience as there would've been people from different countries in the audience.
“It was class seeing how people from different countries react to different songs,” he said.
This was his first headline show overseas, although he did play in Monaco in February of this year as part of Junk Kouture.
When he started DJing seven and half years ago, he never really knew what would happen. It began off as a bit of fun but Oisin always put in hard work and grafted away and when the opportunities came, he took them.
For the rest of the summer he has been booked in for a few festivals, however a lot of his work will be down the country as he tries to grow his brand nationally.
Not just content with making his Albufeira debut, Oisin will also be making his Belfast debut in Thompsons this week. His advice for any young DJ starting out would be to go for it and don’t let anyone put you down, be unique. It’s you vs you, no one is going to stop you.
“If you put the work in, it'll pay off eventually,” he said.
