A fundraiser concert in aid of Donegal Domestic Violence Centre raised €7,525 for the organisation.
A presentation of the cheque was made by Donegal County Council Cathaoirleach, Cllr. Niamh Kennedy.
Cllr Kennedy posted: “Delighted to be presenting Donegal Domestic Violence Centre with a cheque for €7525 from the proceeds of the Concert at An Grianan on Good Friday, April 18. Thanks so much to everyone who donated to and participated in this event. Special thanks to the performers and Council staff for making this happen.”
Cllr Kennedy brought together a stellar lineup of musical talent for a one-off charity benefit concert for Donegal Domestic Violence Services.

The concert featured performers including Moya Brennan, Mairéad Ni Mhaonaigh, The Friel Sisters, Larabel and Danú Young Womens Choir.
