Donegal County Council’s roads team is working with locals to remove a fallen tree in Ramelton.

The tree fell down on the R245 road at Moorefield, Ramelton. Cllr Pauric McGarvey of Letterkenny-Milford MD shared the notice.

“Passable with care, DCC roads team and locals are working to have it cleared,” shared Cllr McGarvey. “Take care on the roads for fallen trees and branches.”

A Status Yellow Wind warning is in place for Donegal until 4pm today as Storm Floris passes over the county.

Possible impacts of the storm include dangerous traveling conditions, structural damage, fallen trees, debris and loose objects, power outages and wave overtopping.
