R. Mc Cullagh Jewellers on Letterkenny Main Street
A jewellery shop in Letterkenny is providing a safe space for children as they go back to school.
R. Mc Cullagh Jewellers, which has two premises in the Main Street and Letterkenny Shopping Centre, is reassuring parents that their stores are a safe shelter for children.
The stores are welcome to children who may have missed their bus, ran out of phone battery or are waiting to be collected.
“With the return to school, we want to reassure parents and children that our store is here as part of the community,” shared R Mc Cullagh Jewellers. “We understand that things don’t always go to plan during the school run. That’s why our doors are open as a safe space for children if they ever need it.
“Our friendly staff will do everything we can to help and make sure they get home safely. Parents - please point our store out to your children so they know where to go if ever in need. We want every child (and parent) to have peace of mind that there’s a safe place nearby.
