The ESB is working to remove a pole at the bottom of Convent Road
Traffic is expected to ease around Lower Main Street in Letterkenny this afternoon as ESB works wrap up.
A power outage and temporary traffic plan was put in place in Letterkenny this morning. Work is being undertaken at Convent Road and R250 towards Ballymacool Terrace as the ESB removes a pole from the centre of the road.
The bottom of Convent Road will have three-way traffic control in operation until 5pm today and the Skittle Alley carpark remains closed.
Kernans SPAR Lower Main Street Letterkenny is temporarily closed but is expected to be open again at around 2pm this afternoon. They wished to thank customers for their patience and understanding.
