Central Library, Letterkenny
The Central Library in Letterkenny is hosting a talk about misinformation and disinformation within the EU.
The free talk is hosted by Tim Hayes, the former Head of Communication at the European Commission Representation in Ireland.
The event will take place on Monday at 11:00am and will cover the challenges within the EU. Additionally, it will highlight Sustainable Development Goals Week to promote Sustainable consumption, Nature conservation and Climate action.
Tim said, “I am delighted to be visiting Europe Direct Letterkenny for this talk and look forward to engaging with the audience on the ever-increasing challenges of Misinformation and Disinformation, which are prevalent throughout the EU and the opportunities that Sustainable Development Goals Week offer us all.”
