Three people have been hospitalised following a two-car collision outside Letterkenny.
A woman in her 80s and a woman in her 60s were taken to Letterkenny University Hospital (LUH) to receive treatment for what gardaí describe as “non-life-threatening injuries”. Furthermore, a man, aged in his 40s, was brought to LUH for assessment.
The road traffic collision occurred on the R250 at Newmills around 9:50am. The road is closed and diversions are in place via Newmills Bridge and at Rashedoge onto the L5994 through Druminaught.
