"As always, all are welcome to join us for this important community event," organisers said. "The evening will provide an opportunity to learn how Letterkenny performed in this year’s National TidyTowns Competition, as well as to hear about plans and projects for the year ahead as we continue our work to enhance and protect our local environment.

"We will also be celebrating the achievements of local residents, groups and businesses who have shown exceptional commitment to keeping our community clean and vibrant, as part of our Cleaner Community Awards. The event will conclude with refreshments and an opportunity to meet and connect with fellow community members. We look forward to welcoming everyone for an evening of recognition and reflection."
