Letterkenny resident finds sitting room window smashed in

Gardaí are seeking the assistance of the public in relation to a criminal damage incident that occurred at Cul Doire, Gortlee, Letterkenny on Saturday, June 10, shortly after 5:30pm. 

A resident of a property in that area was at home when they heard glass smashing only to discover that a rock had been thrown through their sitting room window.

 "As usual we appeal to anybody who was in that area around that time who had a dash cam to make the footage available to us. We also appeal to other residents in the area to contact Gardaí if they remember observing any suspicious activity in their area that day,” a Garda spokesperson said.

“We are hopeful that somebody may have seen something that will assist us with our investigation as this incident happened at a busy time of the evening and in broad daylight “Gardaí in Letterkenny may be contacted on 074-9167100 in relation to the matter.”
