Letterkenny Tidy Towns to host 38th Annual Cleaner Community Campaign Awards

The event will take place at 7pm on Monday, November 25, at the Mount Errigal Hotel, Letterkenny

The Letterkenny Tidy Towns Committee warmly invites the public to attend the 38th Annual Cleaner Community Campaign Awards, a celebration of community efforts to enhance the beauty and vibrancy of our town. 

The event will take place at 7pm on Monday, November 25, at the Mount Errigal Hotel, Letterkenny. This year, the committee is honoured to welcome Charlie McConalogue TD, Minister for Agriculture, Food, and the Marine, as Guest of Honour.

The Cleaner Community Campaign Awards recognises individuals, community groups, and local businesses who have shown exceptional dedication to preserving and enhancing Letterkenny through cleanup efforts, sustainable initiatives, and improvement projects. Awards will be presented across several categories, celebrating creativity, teamwork, and impact in improving the town’s appeal.

The Tidy Towns Committee extends its heartfelt gratitude to all those, whose efforts have made Letterkenny an even more beautiful, welcoming, and sustainable place to live and visit. Co-Chairperson Gerard McCormick expressed his appreciation, stating, “It is inspiring to see how our community has come together to care for our town and promote it. This year’s achievements showcase what we can accomplish when we work together.”
