Wholegreen is situated on Letterkenny's Church Lane
Wholegreen - the popular Letterkenny health food cafe - is set to reopen this Monday, although under a new name which will be revealed in the coming days.
Michael and Mary Black are the new owners and announced they would be taking over the business on Church Lane in September, having taken over from Anna Good.
Since then the Blacks have been working away behind the scenes - sampling new menu ideas, renovating parts of the cafe and making interior changes with some new colours - and now are putting on the finishing touches, ahead of Monday’s opening.
“I’m glad to say that the long list of jobs we started with are getting shorter by the day,” read a post from Michael Black. “Our new name will be announced in the coming days and our new coffee supplier will also be revealed.
“We will have a soft launch later this week which will set us up for a full week of serving you with delicious food and treats from next Monday. Keep an eye on our social pages for updates when to call in and see us. Be gentle with us … sure we’re only new!”
