“Charlie was the heartbeat of this place. He was always a welcoming figure in the store throughout the years, engaging with each customer he met. He was a character with a great sense of humour and a story or two at hand for all occasions!! As a boss, Charlie led with kindness, humility and a generous spirit. He treated us like family, and his memory will live on in the warmth and loyalty of the team he built.
