Road closed in Twin Towns and ‘cars have gone off’

A road in east Donegal has been closed due to the weather conditions.

The route in Stranorlar stretching from the bottling store to Kees Junction has been closed off at Drumboe/Crumlish Brae

“Cars have gone off the road,” local representative Cllr Dakota Nic Mheanman said. “Please take alternative routes and stay at home if you can.”

It is further understood that there are also cars off the road around Logue’s Bridge, Ballybofey.

Donegal County Council advises driving with care and assuming no road is ice-free.
