Gardaí seek information about Mountcharles burglary

Gardaí appeal for information on Mountcharles break-in

A front door was forced open, a number of rooms searched and a sum of cash taken when an intruder broke into a house at Drumnalosk, Mountcharles last week.

The incident occurred on Tuesday, January 3 sometime between 5.10pm and 9.30pm.

The homeowner returned on the night in question to discover entry had been gained via the front door, which had been forced open. Rooms were searched and a small sum of cash was taken.

Gardaí in Ballyshannon are investigating the matter and have appealed to anyone who may have been in the vicinity last Tuesday and noticed anything suspicious to get in touch with them at (071) 98 58530
