New Mills, Crieve, Bomany, Oldtown and Churchill roads are affected

Road work will take place on the outskirts of Letterkenny next week

Certain roads outside Letterkenny will be affected by road works next Monday and Tuesday

Road work on the outskirts of Letterkenny will cause disruptions on Monday and Tuesday, April 24-25 of next week.

These will take place on the L-1044-3 (New Mills Road) in the townland of Crieve (Smith) 

Traffic control will be in operation with local access only.

Traffic restrictions will be in place between the Crieve road junction L-5104-1 / L-1044-3 and the Bomany junction L-1034-1 / L-1044-3.

Motorists are asked to use alternative routes for their journey via Oldtown and R250 Churchill Road

The road will be closed to pedestrians, runners and cyclists for the period of the work.

Donegal County Council has apologised in advance for any inconvenience caused.
