A person who generously donated items to a charity shop has inadvertently handed over more than they intended.

Volunteers in the St Vincent de Paul thrift shop in Donegal Town have found a set of keys among donated items and they are hoping to make contact with the owner.

A spokesperson said: "We found a set of keys inside the pocket of the jacket which was recently donated to us.

"If they keys belong to you you can private message our Facebook page or call into the shop."

The shop is located in Castle Street, Donegal Town. It is open each Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10am to 2pm.
