The incident occurred at Williams Street, Raphoe, on October 10 at 1:06 pm.
A parked car was hit by an English-registered vehicle which failed to stop. The driver of the UK vehicle also failed to report the incident to An Garda Síochána.
Gardaí say the incident was captured by the damaged vehicle's dash cam. Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses or any information regarding this incident to contact gardai in Raphoe 074-9145114
