Planning permission has been sought for 32 new dwellings in Letterkenny.
CR Renaissance Properties Limited have lodged an application for the proposed development at Ardarawer and Kiltoy in Letterkenny.
The application was lodged on October 25 and provides for the construction of 32 dwellings. The proposed development would consist of eight three-storey duplex units, each containing two ground floor apartments with two two-storey dwellings above.
Each block in the development would have four living units.
Donegal County Council say that a decision on the application will be made by December 19, 2023.
