Moderate weather warning for fog in Donegal to continue into Sunday

'There is dense fog in many areas, lingering through the day in some places,' Met Eireann said. 'There are patches of freezing fog too, which means poor visibility and hazardous travelling conditions.'

Met Eireann has issued a Level Yellow weather alert (fog) for Donegal, which is valid until Sunday lunchtime.

"There is dense fog in many areas, lingering through the day in some places," Met Eireann said. "There are patches of freezing fog too, which means poor visibility and hazardous travelling conditions."

The yellow warning was put in place from Friday at 5pm noon until noon on Sunday.
