23:22 The road between Donegal Town and Ardara is fully blocked due to a fallen tree

22:56 A tree has fallen close to Glenveagh National Park on the road to Termon

22:54 From the Glenties Community Development Group: We are getting reports that Mullantyboyle bridge is flooded and further blocked by a car, road is impassable, please avoid the area

22:45 The R254 road is flooded and anyone traveling is urged to approach with caution on the road into Doochary from the Corkscrew

22:42 An ESB pole has broken on the back road in Raphoe near the Castle and ESB wires are on the road

22:41 Garda update: Some ESB lines are down on the R238 Road (Carndonagh to Ballyliffin). The ESB Networks team are currently at the scene assessing the damage and trying to make the necessary repairs. Sparks are flying and the situation is very dangerous. Please avoid that area. Stay at home if at all possible. Stay safe.

22:11 Latest from Donegal Gardai: "Folks, there is hardly a road in the county at this stage that has not got fallen trees on it. Please do not go out on the roads until the storm has passed unless it is absolutely necessary. Stay indoors and stay safe.

Trees are down at the following locations: Back road from Ballybofey to The Cross; Tree Blocking Road on the Bad Bend just beyond Mulroy College; Carrigart Road, Milford; Tree partially fallen at Woodquarter Cranford (Carrigart - Milford Rd); Tree fallen between the Carrigart Hotel and the Church of Ireland, in Carrigart.

19.37 Gardaí appeal to people not to travel during Storm Isha unless absolutely necessary

19.30 ATU has issued the following message for students: "Due to the red weather warning in effect for our region, we strongly urge all students and staff to exercise caution and use their discretion when considering travel to the university. In light of the hazardous conditions expected this evening, we strongly advise against unnecessary travel. Your safety is our top priority, and we want to ensure that everyone takes necessary precautions to avoid any potential risks associated with the severe weather. Campuses, with the exception of St Angela's, will open as scheduled. However, please be aware that St Angela's Campus will experience a delayed opening and will not be accessible until 11 am tomorrow, Monday, 22nd January. This decision has been made to allow for the assessment and mitigation of any potential weather-related risks.
