A Ballybofey convenience store will be put on sale by public auction next month.

The shop will go under the hammer, as a going by public auction on March 20, the Henry Kee & Son Estate Agency has announced.
The public auction will be held at 2.30pm on March 20, 2024 at the Villa Hose Hotel - unless the property is previously sold.
The property extends to approximately 3,600 square feet and is described as being in a 'prime, highly accessible, town edge location' with the business itself a 'substantial and thriving convenience store'.
The business has been independently owned and managed for over 25 years and the estate agent says that strong certified turnover figures are available.
