Anybody with relevant information is asked to contact gardaí directly

A vacant property in Letterkenny has been left water damaged following a burglary. 

The window of the property was smashed and entry was gained, the perpetrator attempted to steal a copper cylinder but it was then abandoned outside the property, water damage was caused to the inside of the house.

The burglary occurred at Oaklands Park, Letterkenny, between 3:30pm and 5:30pm on Monday, April 8. 

“We appeal to anybody who may have observed suspicious activity in the area that day to make contact with Gardaí in Letterkenny on 074-9167100,” a Garda spokesperson said. “Anybody with relevant information is asked to contact gardaí directly or they may call the Garda Confidential line on 1800 666 111.”
