A man was assaulted and has sustained serious but ‘non-life threatening’ injuries.
The man who was in the company of others was approached by a group of males and assaulted. The incident happened on Main Street Ballybofey at approximately 1:30am on Sunday, April 21.
“If anybody travelled in the area with a dash cam between 1am and 2am, we ask them to make the footage available to Gardaí,” Garda Niall Maguire said. “If anybody witnessed the incident or if they have any relevant information, we ask them to contact Gardaí in Letterkenny on 074-9167100.”
