The 100% Redress Party officially had its candidates for the forthcoming Donegal County Council elections confirmed by the county’s Returning Officer this morning.

Tomas Devine, Chair of the Party, commented: “I’m delighted to report that our five candidates have been officially confirmed as being eligible to stand in the local elections.

"This morning, our Party was the first to have an appointment with the Returning Officer and all the necessary paperwork has now been completed."

"Voters in the five electoral areas now have an opportunity to bring about the change that’s so badly needed. Our primary focus is on securing a genuine 100% redress scheme for all property owners affected by the defective concrete crisis. But there are so many other issues that need to be addressed as well. I urge everyone to support your local 100% Redress Party candidate on 7 June.”

The Party’s five candidates pictured are Ali Farren (Carndonagh LEA), Charles Ward (Lifford-Stranorlar LEA), Joy Beard (Buncrana LEA), Tomas Devine (Letterkenny LEA) and Eamonn Jackson (Milford LEA).
