The man was taken to Letterkenny University Hospital to receive treatment for injuries sustained
A man has been taken to hospital following a ‘disturbance’ in Fahan.
Gardaí received a report of a disturbance at the marina in Fahan on Wednesday, May 8 at approximately 3:40pm. Upon the arrival of Gardaí, they met a man who had sustained injuries as a result of an alleged assault. He was taken to hospital for medical treatment.
“We appeal to anybody who may have witnessed the incident at the marina on that date to make contact with us,” Garda Shaun Sweeney said. “We also appeal to anybody who travelled in the Fahan area that day between 3.15pm and 4pm with a dash cam to make the footage available to us. Gardaí in Buncrana may be contacted on 074-9320540.”
