Gardaí in Milford are appealing to anyone who travelled in the area and witnessed the collision to get in contact
Gardaí have issued a witness appeal following a single-vehicle road collision involving pedestrians in Dungloe.
On Saturday at around 4:20pm a van collided with three pedestrians, an adult, a child and a baby at the junction between Lower Main Street and Carnmore Road.
The pedestrians, a woman in her 50s, a male child and a female infant were all taken from the scene by ambulance to Letterkenny University Hospital to receive medical treatment for injuries sustained, none of which are believed to be life-threatening in nature.
“Gardaí are interested in speaking to anyone who may have witnessed this collision,” Sergeant Eunan Walsh appealed. “We appeal to anybody who may have travelled in the area around that time with a dash cam to make the footage available to us.
“Gardaí in Milford may be contacted on 074-9153060 concerning this incident.”
