There are plans for the development of 36 new houses in Milford.

PJD Construction London Ltd is to seek planning permission for the development.

The developer is planning to construct 36 residential units at Lough Fern Heights.

The planned development would have the units set out in a series of semi-detached two-storey houses and two terrace blocks of six dwellings each.

The application to Donegal County Council provides for associated site works and a new spine road access with footpaths and amenity area.

Donegal County Council expect a decision to be made by September 4, 2024.
