Court appearance following east Donegal burglaries on church grounds

A man is due in court this morning concerning burglaries at church property. 

The man was arrested yesterday in connection with the incidents that occurred last Saturday and Sunday in the Twin Towns. The man was interviewed and charged to appear in court later today. 

“We continue to appeal to the public to be vigilant and to report any suspicious activity around Churches or Church grounds to Gardaí immediately,” Garda Claire Rafferty said. “We always appreciate any information provided by the public as it can often assist our investigations greatly.”
