An appeal for information has been launched after the Peoples Coffee Co van in Ballymacool was targeted on Monday night-Tuesday morning and again on Thursday night-Friday morning

The Peoples Coffee Co was targeted twice in the space of a couple of days

A popular coffee van in Letterkenny was broken into twice this week.

The Peoples Coffee Co van in Ballymacool was targeted on Monday night-Tuesday morning and again on Thursday night-Friday morning.

On Tuesday morning, staff were horrified to find a lock broken when arriving for work.

Again on Friday morning, the van, located between O’Donnell Park and Ballymacool Town Park, was hit.

Thieves made off with some stock, but the van was open for trade as usual on Friday. 

“Sad to say we were broken into again last night,” owner Bazza Peoples said. “Twice in one week.”

The owner has appealed for any information to be brought forward.
