Planning permission has been sought for the development in Killybegs
A fresh planning application has been submitted for the development of 16 houses in Killybegs.
Barry and Mary Gell have sought permission for the proposed development.
Two previous applications in respect of the same site were withdrawn.
The developers are seeking the go ahead for the erection of 16 dwelling houses with connection to public sewer and services.
The application includes the provision of an attenuation tank for the purpose of surface water storage and the creation of a temporary construction access road for the duration of the construction.
All associated site development works are included in the application.
Donegal County Council say that a decision is due by December 1, 2024.
