Planning permission has been sought
There are fresh plans for 52 new residential units in the Killyclug area of Letterkenny.
A planning permission application in respect of the proposed development has been submitted to Donegal County Council.
Christopher McG Limited has sought permission for the construction of 24 dwellings at An Clarach, Killyclug, Letterkenny.
The developer is also looking for the go-ahead to build 14 duplex units, consisting of 14 ground floor apartment and 14 dwellings above.

The application provides for all associated site development works to include car parking, landscaped amenity areas, surfaced play areas and seating areas.
Connection to existing public services including access to the site from an existing service road an a proposed new entrance are also contained.
