Funeral arrangements announced for two men who lost their lives in Liscooley crash

The funeral arrangements for two men from Castlederg, Co Tyrone who lost their lives in a road traffic collision in Donegal last Friday night have been announced.

Gordy Galbraith who was in his thirties and his friend Ryan Glenn (25) both died at Liscooley just outside Castlefin. The accident happened approximately nine miles from their border home town of Castlederg.

“Tragically, due to RTC on November 2024,” Charles Lynch Funeral Director, Castlederg, posted. “Beloved father of Logan, much-loved son of Caroline and Trevor, loving brother of Chloe, cherished grandson of Marian and Eugene (McIvor) and Eileen and the late Percy (Glenn).
Reposing at Lynch's Funeral Home, 50, Castlefin Road, Castlederg BT81 7EE on Wednesday and Thursday from 4pm to 8pm. Service of Thanksgiving for the life of Ryan, will be conducted at the Funeral Home on Friday at 1pm. Interment afterwards in Castlederg Cemetery. Very deeply regretted and sadly missed by his sorrowing son, mother, father, sister, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and entire family circle. At Rest.”


“Much loved father of Alex and Ethan, beloved son of Andy and the late Kathleen (Kate), loving brother of Samantha, Jacqueline, Andrena, Sabrina, Robert and Leanne.
Reposing at the family home 23, Hospital Road, Castlederg, on Tuesday and Wednesday from 12 noon to 10pm.
