A number of musical instruments have come up for sale in the Animals in Need Charity Shop in Donegal Town.

This is a wonderful opportunity to grab a bargain for a musician in your family, or to pick up a low cost instrument to get you started on your own journey.

A spokesperson for Animals In Need took to Facebook to say: "We have an offer that is pure music to your eyes.

"We have two guitars, two violins, and one stunning banjo for sale."

The violines are €35 each, the guitars are at €40 each and the banjo is priced at €100.

"Items are for sale and view in our Donegal Town Charity Store located between Specsavers and Aldi in the Carpark, Donegal Town, F94 P896, as well as being available to reserve here against a 50% deposit, paid via credit / bank card," continued the spokesperson.

"All reserved items must be collected in the charity store within one week of reservation.

"Our Charity Store has loads of other offers and items for sale with new stock being added daily, so do call in and grab a bargain."

The store is open from 11am to 4pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
