The site of the proposed development in Ballyshannon
There are plans to turn a commercial unit in Ballyshannon into a new residential unit.
Sean Morris has lodged a planning application in respect of the proposed development to Donegal County Council.
The proposal is for a change of use from an existing commercial unit to use as one residential unit.
The location in question is the site of a former dog grooming business located at Gildea Apartments, Bachelors Walk, Ballyshannon.
Donegal County Council say that a decision on the application is due by February 19, 2025.
