An application for planning permission has been lodged with Donegal County Council
Planning permission has been sought for the development of 21 new houses in Letterkenny.
Glenview Homes Limited have submitted an application to Donegal County Council seeking the go-ahead for the proposed development at Ballaghderg.
The developer is seeking to construct a new development containing 21 detached houses.
The application also includes the development of an internal access roadway, pedestrian footpaths, open space and boundary treatments.
There is also provision for connection to all main services and associated site development works.
The local authority estimated that a decision will be made in February, 2025.
