The Association of Donegal Celtic Supporters’ Clubs have made Christmas donations to two very worthy charities.
Donations of €1,000 each were made to The Donegal Galway Cancer Bus Service and the Paediatric Ward at Letterkenny University Hospital.

This relates to proceeds from their bus draws, where Celtic memorabilia is raffled on trips to and from Glasgow, so far this season, with almost €1,000 raised by Celtic supporters.
The Association matched this amount so were able to make two sizeable donations. The Association will continue with the bus draws in the second half of the season and aim to make similar donations to two further charities in the summer.

"We've supported multiple charities throughout the year so decided to make two sizable donations at Christmas," Jamie Sweeney of the Association of Donegal Celtic Supporters’ Clubs said. "They're two very important charities. The cancer bus provides a vital service for a lot of people in the county and we wanted to help children so opted for the Paediatric Ward in Letterkenny.
"Charity is fundamental to Celtic’s identity and honours the legacy of the club's founding father, Brother Walfrid and we're more than happy to do a little bit to help.
