Brigid McPhelim, a 103-year-old Creevy resident, waved off over 80 cyclists on Saturday for the Creevy Hub Cycle.
Brigid set the cyclists on their way as they embarked on a 100km challenge through counties Donegal, Leitrim, Sligo and Fermanagh to raise money for the development of a community sports and recreational facility.
In 2022, Brigid celebrated her 100th birthday and recalled how she walked in her bare feet to attend Coolmore National School as a young girl.
