Absolutely Fabulous surprise as Joanna Lumley pops into Magee of Donegal

Staff and customers at Magee of Donegal were delighted when actor Joanna Lumley called into the Donegal Town store.

"We had a truly wonderful surprise at Magee of Donegal today!" a spokeperson said.

"The one and only Joanna Lumley graced us with her presence!

"It was an absolute pleasure to welcome her."

From her BAFTA-winning role as Patsy in Absolutely Fabulous alongside Jennifer Saunders to playing a Bond Gird in On Her Majesty's Secret Service, Joanna Lumley has been gracing screen and stage for decades. 

She is also a keen traveller, and has hosted several documentaries with a somewhat different approach to the conventinanl travel show, including Joanna Lumley's Great Cities of the World and Joanna Lumley's Unseen Adventures.

While best known for acting and presenting, Joanna Lumley is involved with numerous charities, and is an animal welfare activist.
