Donegal and Kerry meet in Ballyshannon this afternoon after they both enjoyed respective opening weekend wins in the National Football League over Dublin and Roscommon.

Kerry beat Donegal in last July's All-Ireland SFC final at Croke Park and the Kingdom were 2-18 to 2-10 victors over Roscommon on Sunday last at Fitzgerald Stadium Killarney with Tomas Kennedy fisting the winner right on the hooter.

Donegal, for their part, got the better of Dublin at GAA HQ on a 1-20 to 0-20 scoreline, with Shea Malone hitting the only goal of the game.

Michael Murphy is today included in the Donegal panel for the first time in 2026, the 20th season since his debut away back in 2007. Today's game starts at 1:30pm at Fr Tierney Park in Ballyshannon, with TG4 providing live coverage presented by Micheál Ó Domhnaill.
