Homeland & Nutrias Animal Feeds were delighted to present the winners of the 2025 Donegal Silage Competition with their awards at the Clanree Hotel, Letterkenny, at Aurivo’s ‘Farming Outlook and Donegal Silage Awards’ event.
Congratulations were passed on to all category winners and to the Overall Donegal Silage Competition Winner for 2025, Wesley Hastings.

During the event, industry experts, including Dr Tim Keady from Teagasc, who spoke on the importance of high feed value silage, Tom Bourke from the IFA gave insights from Brazil, Beef Markets, and an Ag Policy Outlook, and local Teagasc experts Gavin Doherty and Colm McCarron gave updates on key dates and regulations 2026.
Organisers said: “Thank you to all our customers, suppliers, colleagues and friends who came on the evening from all at Team Homeland and Nutrias Animal Feeds.”
