The Royal and Prior Comprehensive School, Raphoe, have expressed their delight at the achievement of one of its students.

Fifth-year student Leah Kee McElwaine from Killygordon has won the Young Person of the Year 2025 at the Irish Draught Horse Breeders Association National Awards.

"Massive congratulations to Leah Kee McElwaine on winning," the school posted.
