Dungloe Band to meet the diaspora on St Patrick's Day visit to New York

The Dungloe Band

The Dungloe Band is marking 50 years of bringing music to the streets of Donegal - and as far afield as New York.

It is planned that the 50th anniversary will be celebrated with a Mass in St Crona's Church, Dungloe at 12 noon on St Patrick's Day.

Past members are invited to participate on the day. Anyone who wishes to do so is asked to please contact Yvonne Murray on 086 6006909 as soon as possible.

Those who are joining the celebrations are asked to come along to practice on Friday evenings in St Crona's National School at 7.30pm. Otherwise, past members and committee are asked to line up behind the bank on St Patrick's Day for the march on Main Street at 2.30pm.
